Motorcycle Case

Problem: Plaintiff was operating his Triumph motor cycle in Northeast Philadelphia and was struck by a motor vehicle that had made an improper turn, striking the Plaintiff and causing him severe injuries.

Solution: Plaintiff contacted us and we determined that a claim needed to be brought against the Defendant driver for negligence in operating their motor vehicle.

Result: Mr. Altopiedi was able to show Defendant’s negligence and obtained a settlement for Defendant Driver’s liability policy limits.
