Problem: Soon after occupying a newly constructed home, Plaintiff Buyers noticed water penetrating the home at windows and other locations. The stucco installation and windows installed by the builder were defective.

Solution: Plaintiffs contacted us and we determined that the best solution was to pursue a claim against Defendant Builder for negligently constructing the home and against Defendant Window Manufacturer for a breach of express and implied warranties.

Result: Mr. Altopiedi was able to ensure that Plaintiffs received substantial compensation for the costly repairs to the home.
